The car i purchased had all 4 brand new tires installed here back in Nov 2023 i called the store and spoke with someone named lucas about sensor fault coming up apparently because now im the owner its not covered. If yall had done it correctly i wouldnt be in this problem. Lucas didnt try to help me whatsoever. All he said warranty doesn’t transfer. Didnt try to come up with a solution.

Customer service is flawless. I was able to return something bought weeks previously in 2 minutes with the receipt, was able to schedule an oil change even after having to call back, and is always in stock for hardware.

I've said it before this store is struggling to understand who they are. I was looking for a couple of common bolts. The display rack above the bulk bolts must be 3' × 20' with pegs for 100's of bolts and they had product on maybe a half dozen pegs. It was unbelievable. Unfortunately for Fleet I wasn't the only disappointed shopper. And you know it's otherwise a pretty nice store??????

Have had tires replaced here before and they are on my short list of centers that I will trust to do it right. Their prices are less that all the shops around with good quality tires and service that is excellent which means that it is busy and there might be a day or two to get your vehicle in so plan ahead my opinion is its worth it

*sigh* I have a terrible experience here. I went in to get my steel winters swapped on because I had a few stripped lugs... the tech couldn't figure it out and ended up ruining my OEM rim. Ended up having to keep it overnight for the manager to correct the mistake. They then ordered the wrong wheel for my car, so the replacement wheel took twice as long as initially thought.. one mistake after another on a very simple job. I will say that they did not charge me on any of this, it was obviously their fault. But wow. I would not trust them with your car.
