Haleigh made the experience a true pleasure - her personality is the best asset you have - she never stops smiling. Other team members don’t smile, they give the perception of being clock punchers - they’re there to do a job but they don’t appear to enjoy it. Haleigh leaves the customer with such a positive warm fuzzy feeling as a result of her warm friendly smile that you can’t consider going anywhere else. She explains everything so well, cares, and goes above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied before you leave. Give her a raise and promote her - you definitely want to keep her on your team!

They charged 129$ for a simple oil change and in the process of it broke the dipstick in half (on an 8yo vehicle so it wasn't dry rotted or anything, so they must've been REALLY yanking on it). After a week of waiting and coming back twice after being told they had a replacement, they finally did. However they refused to help me remove the broken one (which was lodged halfway into the engine and not easily removable). After struggling with it for an hour myself using everything tirck I could think of and doing some research, still to no avail. I ended up having to take it to a shop a paying someone else to fix these guys mistakes. Never again Oh and on top of all that I informed them that I had aftermarket tires which needed a different level of psi but the man argued with me over it and over inflated my tires
