I’ve been here three times, two of the times. They didn’t have the oil that I required. The third time is because they already started the service and they got the oil two days later. The one time I got my oil changed. They’re very friendly and fast, but if what you do is oil, you should never run out. I hope that they begin to do a better job, but the changes were six months apart and obviously they haven’t learned anything.

I'm not a review leaver unless a company is really bad or really good. In this case Jesse and Valvoline have been amazing! I actually had to get an oil change at a Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Bakersfield while I was on the road. Later I found that my car was leaking. I took it into this location when I got home and Jesse the service manager took the time to check out the problem, show me in detail what was happening, he talked to the Bakersfield team and reviewed the notes and just did his best to help remedy the problem. It was way more than I expected. Get your oil changed here. It's a good group who you can trust.

Valvoline instant oil change always does a quick and awesome job of getting me in and out of there fast. They give you a run down of all the stuff you need to have taken care of for your vehicle as well which is nice. They also do a safety check of your lights and fill your tires up also. Their prices are also reasonable. Best part is how quick it is and you don’t even get out of your car! I will definitely be back.

I have been going to Valvoline for years and have had no problems. I got my oil changed a month ago and got off the phone with my mechanic and come to find out the employees left 2 of my skid plate bolts loose and 2 were missing. Very frustrating considering how much I have paid for service!
