Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The guys were great. They were fast, worked as a team and were very pleasant. The one tech even washed his hands before he reset my oil change notice on the dashboard. I will definitely be going back to have them do my next oil change.

Mike and his team were fantastic! In and out quickly & actually showed me my filters & made recommendations, not just expecting me to agree to changing something without seeing it for myself. A few hours after my oil change, I had picked up a screw in one of my tires & in a panic I came back to the shop to see if they worked on tires. Mike said they didn’t (which I didn’t expect, but wanted to give them my business on the off-chance they did) but he graciously filled my tire back to driving pressure & got me a recommendation from one of his crew members on where I could go. I’ll only be coming here from now on, as I truly felt valued & cared for. Thank you again, Mike for yalls fantastic service!!

We always bring our vehicles here and have never had a negative experience. Our technician, Matt, was very thorough, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). Beauden was able to assist me in finding a coupon and discount, and the gentleman who greeted us and guided us in was quite funny!! All staff we had contact with were friendly. We brought our car in for an oil change. It was quick and easy, albeit a bit pricey. I have never had any other services done at this shop, so I can not comment in that regard. But, we will be back again when the change is needed!

The young men who did the oil change were polite, explained what they were doing, and extremely efficient! They were helpful and willing to answer questions even thought I arrived just before closing! Tremendous team!

Michael the manager was super friendly and made us feel like he wanted us there. The techs, Matt and Danny also very friendly, welcoming, and professional! Loved the southern hospitality!!! Keep up the great work gentlemen!

Huge shout out to Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Seneca beside Spinx. This employee stopped what she was doing to help this lady inside. This is customer service that you don't often find. Everyone was excellent during my visit but Kyva deserves extra recognition. If you need an oil change, I recommend going here!

Super nice people and easy to talk to. Very friendly environment. It’s refreshing to hear coworkers cut up and laugh while they work. They got everything done quickly and really went out of their way to make sure it was all done right. They even reset the light indicators on my dash that had been bugging me for a while—without me even asking. Really appreciated that!

Beau took great care of me! Reset my oil light. Gone over every maintenance check. The staff was also amazing! I only come to thus location and will continue to only come to this location as long as beau and this team is there! Thank you!
