They do a superb job of explaining their diagnosis and set your expectations regarding any services they provide accurately. I'd give them more stars if I could.

Finally a honest garage. Had my 2012 Ford E 350 tuned up and had all wheels balanced dropped it off at 9am had it finished and ready to go at 1130 am no extra charges no trying to sell me this or that fantastic price work in Atlanta and every garage I priced before wanted almost double what I paid today. Very friendly and helpful very professional. Highly recommend Justice Autoworks will definitely be back great experience nice guys a pleasure to do business with. Nice to deal with hard working honest mechanics runs so smoothly and rides great again thank you Justice Autoworks.

The experiences we have had with Justin have been stellar. He listens to the details that we bring to the table to help make the diagnosis; he always takes the time to explain what is wrong, and how best to correct the issue. He is thorough and honest. His prices are reasonable, and he doesn't nickel and dime you, he does what needs to be done, and what we agree on if he has a suggestion. I am totally satisfied with him, his crew, his quality of work.

Seneca is my hometown, but I live down in Hartsville South Carolina. While working at Oconee I need my AC looked at. Everywhere I called, said it would be two weeks before I could get in. I stopped by this shop, and he told me that if I could get it back by Monday early, he would work me in. I was there at his opening time, and he got me straight in. He told me that I needed to have a hose replaced and will order it and replace it if I could bring it back the next day. I did that and he had me fixed within an hour. Maybe an hour and a half.I just want him to know that I do appreciate his business and being such a good person.

A few weeks back I stopped in for an estimate for brakes on my Tundra, it was pulsating when applying the brakes , he immediately stopped what he was doing to explain what may be happening and gave me a detailed estimate. I decided to make an appointment a week later , after they accessed what all needed to be done they called to let me know before doing the work and answered any questions I had. I’m 💯 percent satisfied with the work that was done! Thank you!

This shop is to busy for new customers. I called to find out about getting my car fixed and got an answering machine. I left a message and never got a call back. I noticed when I got tires next door on two different occasions no one was there. You cannot conduct business without calling people or be there working.

This business operates with a hidden bias against African American customers. They tend to overcharge for services related to vehicles owned by African Americans, fail to honor their commitments, and do not complete repairs satisfactorily. When seeking advice on a specific issue with your car, instead of providing an honest assessment of their inability to resolve the problem, they will quote a price to fix the vehicle merely to extract more money from you. Upon returning to collect your car, you will find that the same issue remains unresolved, and their response will be that there are numerous problems with your vehicle, which can be addressed for an additional fee. Do not be deceived by their friendly demeanor; it is merely a facade. Ultimately, we are only paying to have our cars stored on their premises!
