I had a slow leak in a rear tire. I called for an appt, they said to come in right away. The front desk lady was personable, the shop staff were knowledgeable and fast, price was fair. They removed the nail, placed a patch and I was back on the road in fifteen minutes. I Highly recommend.

Incredible service. Called in on an emergency tire leak, they had me in and plugged in less than 20 minutes. Then gave me a great deal on purchasing a new set of tires. Will certainly be using these guys again in the future. I get really excited when I find awesome service providers that I’ve never used in the past, here in my neck of the woods!

A little over two weeks ago, I needed a tire mounted and balanced. The wheel was off the car and I had the tire from tire rack. I was worried about the wheel being straight. In a few minutes the wheel was given a cursory check, seemed ok and the new one was mounted and balanced. It was 32 dollars and I took the old tire with me. It seemed to take a lot of weight to balance, but drove fine. I then ordered another tire for the other side, to even the tread across the front axle. I returned to sunrise and asked for the same service, minus the checking for out-of-round. I prepaid $32 and left the tire and wheel there. I returned in about an hour and some dood working there said I owed 20 dollars. I said I already paid, and why is it 20 out here and 32 at the desk? The guy seemed confused and a little agitated. He kinda gazed at the wheel and tire for a moment and looked it over. Finally, he says it more because it's low profile. It's a 245 45 18. By today's standards, not low profile at all. I wasn't impressed with the answer and was willing to let it go. When I was putting it in the trunk I noticed it had a lot of weight, more than the questionable wheel from the previous week, and way more than the original tire that came off. I asked about it, and the guy got pissed. I said I wasn't arguing with him in the parking lot, rather I was thinking they may want to calibrate the balancer. The dood continues to be a jerk off and I went to the office and lady running the shop was gone for the day. This guy continues to argue with me and I told him where to stick it. The problem I have is that it should have been $20 each, I took the old tires (no disposal fee) and they were clean and loose. If it requires a super close inspection to determine whether or not it is a low profile tire, it is most likely NOT. However, the primate behavior of the guy working there was completely ridiculous. If the price structure is that flexible, the manager is no where to be found and didn't communicate to caveman that I already paid then i'm not impressed. I feel it should be $24 cheaper for the pair and no back talk from Big Brain. Get the balance machine checked if you care about your service.

All around great place to go for your tire purchase or service needs. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I brought my trailer here to have the tires balanced and inspected. The took care of everything quickly and at a very fair price.
