Splash guard not secured after first visit there. Looks like I'm missing 3 bolts. How do 3 bolts just go missing during an oil change? Yikes 😬 Right now I've got it zip tied down as a short term fix. Hopefully they will correct their mistake. Not ok. Update: Went back and they found some bolts to reinstall, though not the originals. I was offered a free oil change by the manager.

They do a great job keeping my wife's SUV serviced, they go above and beyond to ensure the manufacturers routine services between the big services that are performed @ the dealership are completed in accordance, plus no appointments are necessary, you stay in your car while they do their job. Always very nice and helpful and they don't constantly try to up-sale you on services that aren't needed or required. As I've already stated great for the routine intervals without the hassle of making an appointment, dropping off & picking up your vehicle @ your dealership then paying dealership markup on the exact same manufacturers recommended products. It's not like the dealership gets "different/magical" lubricant and filters, the only other way I see to save on routine services is to DIY it. Save $ w/out compromising quality.

This place is great. No one was there when I pulled in. I was met with great service and it was quick as well. They changed my oil and rotated my tires. I was in and out in probably 20 minutes. I would definitely return and recommend it..

They are very polite. They get the oil change done quickly and whatever else is needed, they ask first and get your approval. They don't push products/repairs.

I was in and out in no time. I just love this place ❤️ They do so much for free too. Check your air in tires.Also replaced a filter for the air inside of car under dash. Didn't know it had a filter there.

Robert, Brandon, and Nikolai were friendly, helpful, and made me confident they know what they were doing. The oil change was fast and convenient. In fact, I was so happy with the results that I had my daughter take her car to another Valvoline for service.

I thought the experience was going to be really judgmental and take a long time but I was in and out in maybe 10 minutes. Everyone was really nice and they told me stuff I had no idea about like I had a oil leak. Definitely recommend.

Went here today to get a oil change. They charged me $127 for full synthetic for my 2008 BMW X5 3.0si and upon cranking it up it sputtered a bit which was weird because it hasn't down that before especially after getting a tune up just two weeks ago. Now I Usually get my oil changed at Walmart and pay $70 so this was expensive. Car is always fine no rumbling or shaking and now the car acts like it wants to cut off. I've never ran full synthetic in this car but I told him as long as it's the right oil for the car which the Guy said "it's the oil BMW recommends for my car" which was fine but now my car is running rough I did ask for a cheaper option for oil types to bring the price down and he said "that's all we have" I should've just took my car to Walmart. They are going to have to change my oil again because there is something wrong with my car now. Update: they wanted to charge me another $121 to change the oil again my car was sputtering and acting very bad. All my problems pointed to my alternator . After examining and purchasing a new alternator I realize mines is unplugged and had been tucked behind some wiring. They did this when I was distracted paying for the oil change. Upon cranking my car up as I stated in my review the car was rumbling a bit and hesistant to start and just continued until I realized they unplugged my alternator..
