I called to get a couple of used tires, and was told, “You need to delete your voicemails, so I can leave you one.” “Sir, I get quite a few of those a day, because I’m on medical leave…” “Well ma’am! You need to delete them to make room for me to leave you a voicemail! I even text you! First and foremost, you are a business, not one of my personal friends. Second of all, it’s none of your business if I delete my voicemails or not. Third of all, why are you texting my personal number?! Fourth of all, are y’all that desperate for business that you have to text me?

Horrible and this won't let me leave zero stars to make a review I went here on Friday to get 2 used tires got 1 then ...but paid for both upon getting home I noticed the tire was dry rotted...so when I went back today Monday to get the other tire I told him about it I talked to Doug the owner his comment was all used tires have dry rotted they are used tires for a reason he the owner never offered to make it right or give me my money back ... a worker did ask if I wanted my money back but he was not the owner and doesn't have the authority to give me my money back and the owner never offered me my money back .. my daughter called him to ask if he would give my money back he said no and hung up on her I thought he was a Christian man I guess not... to his response as I already stated his worker offered me my money back not him so he didn't have enough concern for his customers to offer it his self and as I said thought the worker could not authorize giving my money back....I bet he or his employees would not put these tires on their car or their familys car... I have my grandbaby a lot and could have a blow out he did finally give me my money back after my daughter called him and after I posted on here but look at these pictures why would you even sell tires this bad.. I mean if he was going to give my money back why not offer it to me to begin with him not his employees and why not give my money back when my daughter called up there the only time he his self offered was when this review was posted.... and and if you notice every one that has a negative comments on here he says they are liers so every one is a lier?

My husband found Doug’s Speed Shop because I had a flat and it was close enough to our house to get it plugged. He ended up getting a quote for tires here, and had tired and brakes scheduled about a month later. When I got there, Doug told me I probably didn’t need brakes based on my mileage, but he would check it out. I had a friend drive me home assuming my car would be there all day, but I got a call two hours later that my car was done! I had four new tires and rear brake pads too. We are relatively new to the area, and are confident we have found an honest and trustworthy person to work on our vehicles. Thank you, Doug!

I stopped in tonight to get my tires aired up before a trip. Did not have any service done but have in the past and they’ve always treated me very well. So I went back and they very efficiently took care of my car at no charge, I really like this tire store and will continue to patronize them in the future. Great job Justin! Thanks.
