DO NOT use this company!!! I should have gone with the few reviews this company had, because they were spot on. I hired them to replace scratched tint on a large picture window in my formal dining room in Sept 2022. There were many LARGE bubbles several weeks after install, I called and they said to give it more time to "dry out". I called again in Jan 2023 because the large bubbles had not changed. An employee came out to look and POKED HOLES in the film "allow the bubbles to dry out faster". I called again in mid February because the holes poked in the film now had dirt collecting in them and we still had a remaining large bubble. The same employee, Ryan, came out to take a look. He said "it looks fine and it is the best we can do". I asked him if he was comfortable with this work representing his company, he said "yes, this is they best it is going to get". I asked if we could replace the film to see if we could get a better result, he said "no, I won't replace the film because it could look worse next time". We asked for a refund so we could hire another company to redo the tint, Ryan declined. I let Ryan know that I would be providing a negative review. It is hard to get pictures of bubbles on a window but I attempted. These imperfections are at eye level to our pretty barn view.

This tinting company is absolutely the best ever. Ryan was outstanding and really knows his profession. Responded immediately and provided an estimate at out home. The day he finished our tint, we were already turning out A/C down and our home feels a lot cooler. We also have indoor cats in their own room and we had to take down the curtains down due to the three cats climbing them and their room stayed hot. Now their room is cool and as comfortable as the rest of the house. Also we can now leave our front storm door and curtains open for us to be able to look out and not feel so closed up in our home during the hot days. Ryan also tinted out Motorhome windows and it made the same great change to the intense heat inside. Thanks again for Ryan and his outstanding work and fast response to our needs. He is very friendly and listens to your needs and very respectful to your home and awesome clean up after.
