Because of his professionalism and dedication, I left completely satisfied with my visit and confident in the quality of the service provided. I got my oil change done very quickly I didn’t have to wait long. The staff was amazing checking every aspect of my car from the headlights to my taillights, even checking my air filter. I was very impressed seeing the work get done on my car as I sat back and watched it all happen on the screen. Very interesting process and I would highly recommend Valvoline to my friends and family!

The team here worked well and quickly, given the damp and low-40s temperature, a Saturday that nobody really wanted to be out sitting with their window down. I was offered replacements for filters (no) and wipers (yes). They even found a small discount to save a bit on the bill. In and out in less than 30 minutes, more like 20. Note, there are two Valvolines on this stretch of the 28 bypass, this is the larger location with 4 bays sitting across from the Anderson County SC office complex.

There was no wait time. Micheal who works here told me I needed a new air filter, but they didn’t have them in stock. He offered to replace my filter with a new one for free if I went to an auto parts store to get a new filter. I went to the nearest auto parts store, purchased a filter, and returned to Valvoline. Michael replaced the old filter with the new one I bought, which I thought was very nice of him to do. Also, I was not able to get the barcode on my 20% off coupon to display, so Michael offered to apply a 10% off coupon for me, which I appreciated.

BEWARE TAKING YOUR CAR TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT ❗❗I took my car for an oil change last Monday by Friday I had a blown motor. Oil just exploded from my vehicle. I went to the store and was first given the Wrong number for customer service. I had to return was finally given the customer service number. I was notified that a Full investigation would be done of my vehicle and it would take 1-2 business days to hear from someone regarding my claim. So today I was notified that the district manager reviewed video of my oil change and determined there was no negligence so my claim was dismissed. Nobody contacted me to inspect my car or view said video so yes further action will be taken. If I can spare someone else this inconvenience then I would advise you to take your car elsewhere for your maintenance needs. Signed a very frustrated ex-consumer❗

Kathy and Jeff were awesome. The manager (I believe Michael) was also super helpful and friendly. I was in and out in no time, and they weren't pushy about extra services...but informed me of my options in a respectful way.
