Really great service! Everyone in office was nice and gave me updates as things happened. Truly appreciate how easy it was to work between them, enterprise and my insurance company. Hopefully won't need their services again anytime soon but definitely recommend.

I would 1,000,000% recommend Kelly Collision if you have the unfortunate situation to need an auto body shop. I was rear ended pretty severely several months back and was scared my car would be totaled. Wendy and the rest of the staff at Kelly were so kind and professional! They legitimately cared about my situation and answered all my questions quickly and helped ease my fears of a total loss. They not only saved the car but did an immaculate job of fixing it. Top notch service and repair all the way around. They were friendly and informative on how the repair process was going. I never once felt like just a number, I felt like family. Hands down the best auto body shop in the Anderson SC area!

Kelly Collision did excellent work on my car. The Kelly team were great at providing updates and got my car finished before the projected deadline. Second time. Kelly collision came through so fast and so perfectly on my driver's side mirror. They installed it in about 20 minutes and then painted the cover for me to pick up next business day. Great work!

Thank you so much for the expert work on my Tundra truck. It looks perfect! A special shout out of appreciation to Dillon. I needed to replace a damaged mirror not related to this accident and he searched out, and found, a replacement that kept the price more reasonable. Good communication with the office staff, as well. When "that day" happens sometime in the future, I know I'll be in good hands again.

The experience I have had trying to get my car fixed has been nothing shortl of aggravating. I have gotten my car back 3 times and every time it is not right. After picking it up the first time, I had to take it back due to over spray on both sides of the car. They buffed it out. After washing my car I noticed bubbles popping up in the paint. Called and took it back for them to find out what was wrong. Was told by Wendy that it was trash in the clear coat and they would fix it. I dropped my car off again and then was called and told that the bubbles in the paint was from touched up rock chips and they would be glad to fix it for $1200. After talking to 3 different body shops. They all told me the same thing. It was trash in the paint or clear coat and the area wasn’t prepped properly be fore spraying. I go pick up my car after they buffed some of the spots out to wash my car today and you can clearly see where they ran the buffer. If you want your car done right go somewhere else. Because if they screw it up they want to charge you to fix it.

I cannot say enough about the great customer service and excellent work you receive at Kelly Collision. They took care of everything; dealing with the responsible parties insurance company, the rental car, and doing a super job on my car. A couple weeks ago, I had an accident in my own yard, and it left a dent in my rear fender. I took it to Kelly Collision to get an estimate. The owner ( Wendy Kelly), could have taken advantage of me, and charged me over $3,000.00 to fix my car. But instead Wendy was upfront and honest with me. She told me I could take it to another local business ( DentAway) and get it fixed CHEAPER. I did as she advised and it cost me $325.00. Most businesses want to take advantage of customers, instead of helping them. It’s nice to know there still people, who look out for their customers. Thank you Kelly Collision, for being a HONEST Business, and TREATING your Customers well.
