Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting

Took my Ford F150 truck to Maaco for an estimate. Met with Shannon Helton. After going out and looking the truck over we went inside and she went over the different paint options, prices and recommended one which I agreed to. We went back out and she circled everything that was to be repaired. Granted the truck had hit a deer and the driver door was green and the truck is black. It had numerous cuts, scrapes, dings and dents. She gave me an estimated time for the job to be completed. It was finished earlier. For the money I was going to pay for the job I wasn’t expecting a lot. I was surprised, the job far exceeded my expectation, it was beautiful I cannot say enough good things about my experience there. Shannon was a professional and very knowledgeable. I took my car to Anderson Maaco because the paint was peeling off the roof. I got an estimate from Shannon, which was 1/3 of the estimate from another body shop. Shannon was extremely helpful. When they started blowing the loose paint off the roof, it also started blowing off the sides by the rear window. Shannon had the roof as well as the extra area by the rear window painted at the original estimate price!!! The work was exceptional. The matching of the paint was seamless. I would definitely recommend Anderson Maaco to anyone who needs body work done on there car.

When people tell you not to go to Maaco but, you don’t listen to negativity and would rather form your own opinion. Hands down recommend 10/10. My boy feels like he got a new truck 😊 Shannon was phenomenal and went above and beyond to listen to what he wanted and even gave him ideas and let him make his own decision about what he wanted. We couldn’t be happier and more satisfied with the customer service and outcome.

Painting my old 2000 Ford Taurus to looking new again! They were very thorough and timely with the painting process. Couldn't have asked for nothing better! Thanks to the Team at Maaco in Anderson for a great job!

Outstanding experience. Recently tried to rattle can paint my car myself and well it came out horrible. I scheduled an appointment with Maaco on a Monday to have my truck looked at and got an estimate for a full repaint. I was told 10 days and I decided to try them out I had it back the following Monday just one week and was even sent a video of my newly painted truck! I was extremely impressed with the work this location did especially for the price point. Of course minor imperfections were expected and show in the paint but that was expected and it was minimal. They even color matched a portion of my front bumper which was awesome to see. Over all an amazing experience and will definitely be returning with future vehicles.

We had a great experience here. We bought a 2004 Chrysler Sebring that had sat and faded for years and they made it shine again. They were friendly, answered questions, and efficient. Price and quality were just what we needed for this age car and teen driver. I’ll share before and after photos. We did add new headlights and tag trim piece but paint made a world of difference.

I paid 1000 dollars for this and there’s paint all over the seals and trim. they broke some of my trim pieces and just sprayed over peeling paint. they completely painted the rubber seal on the sunroof and after i asked them to remove the rust i’m pretty sure they just painted over it and forgot a spot. this is terrible work every step of the process. no one there knows what they are doing

Had my Tahoe repainted under warranty. The manager mentioned the original factory paint was unique since it was a former police vehicle, so it required some extra steps. She personally handled the repaint using a special adhesive and technique, something she said came from her 20+ years of experience. Everything but the windows was redone. Paint looks solid, and I appreciate the attention to detail

The ladies at the desk were very polite and were very helpful but the overall work was pretty bad. Granted its a beat up truck and we just wanted all the panels the same color but I was shocked when I saw overspray all over different areas of the truck. It took longer than originally told and on top of that there was so many areas of over spray. There was way more than these pictures as well but I’ve slowly noticed them. I didn’t expect it to be amazing considering $850 isn’t bad but I would’ve expected better than carelessness because that’s all it was especially considering they had it for 5 more days than originally told they would.
