Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Got my oil changed and got on the highway to head to work, when my skid plate falls completely off… This isn’t the first time they’ve messed it up and I’ll never go back now that this happened

Thanks Valvoline for your terrible service! We were there not once but twice and you promised us the oil drain plug was new and we wouldn’t have anymore leaks! We decided to do our own oil change today and what do you know…. THE ORIGINAL oil plug was still on causing our car to continue to leak oil and now to create a mess all over our drive way! If I could rate this work a 0/5 I would! Please save yourself the time and money and DO NOT have your vehicle serviced here!!!

Well it happened again, this is twice they left grease hand prints on the hood of my van, 1st time I emailed there corporate office and they said they would reach out, guess not or the owner is failing or manager is failing to instruct there associates on not damaging paint with these practices I still go there cause it's fast but if this happens again I will be posting photos on social media.

They were quick to get started and appeared to get it all done correctly. This, while a manager/head tech was training what appeared to be kids from Pickaway-Ross. I felt confident that he was giving them the supervision needed. I'll be returning with my other vehicle soon.

If you happen to come here I highly recommend Levi and Alyssa. They both had amazing attitudes, Friendly, and knew what they was doing. Even though they was busy, They both gave their 100 percent and did it thoroughly. Definitely will be coming back because of them.

Waited in line for almost half hour which I understood because there was a vehicle in each bay. When I got in there they got me checked in quick enough but when the oil change started the female tech that was doing my change walked into office as they were draining oil. The bottom side tech called for the oil to be put in my vehicle and she was still sitting in office and there were alot of employees and was like 3 in the office. So when she came back out she yelled to see if mine was ready for oil and I wanted to say yeah it was 10 minutes ago. I will probably go back just hope it don’t take them as long as this visit. I know it could have at least been done 10 minutes if not more sooner than it was.also I asked like 3 times about using $7.00 off coupon I had in my phone and they still did not let me use it. Seemed to ignore me on that subject so that’s not great business practice I do t feel

Tom was great at getting me set up and conversation while Alyssa and Christopher took care of the jeep efficiently. Appreciated the over all experience. I usually change my own oil but maybe I'll stop on by to see them again!

They do a great job and offer other services.. they checked all the air I'm my tires... they offer windshield wipes and even lights.
