Walmart Auto Care Centers

Horrible experience. Ordered tires. Set appt for install. They canceled saying only 3 tires arrived. After 2 weeks we are told 4th tire there. Scheduled installation. Go, 45 mins later after saying they started the install they text to come back because they didn't have the tires. Now I am fighting to get my payment for the tires refunded. Steer clear!!

The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. I went there for an oil change it was so much cheaper than anywhere else I've ever been and my car uses synthetic oil which is expensive. When I went to cash out I couldn't believe how much I saved. I then went to get into my car and they even vacuumed the front floor boards I was in shock. I got out and asked the guy that worked there standing outside if they do that he said yes they do they even put in windshield wiper fluid they do it all. It literally made me cry. Best oil change experience I've ever had. I will definitely continue to go to this Walmart in Chillicothe for oil changes. Excellent staff and wonderful work.

Get 2 tires changed here and they were awesome. I feel like they were short staffed but they handled it very well and even waited for my dad to bring my popped tire because I forgot it. Loved them and will come back in the future for more services! Thank you Robert s. And Braydon t.☺️

I stopped in a couple Mondays ago to see if they could set me up with 4 new tires the same day. I also needed an oil change. They told me it would take an hour. I had my doubts because of some of the reviews, but I got the notification it was all done 50 minutes later. I was extremely pleased with their service. Try early in the morning when they are not busy yet.

I think This Auto Ctr has the best price on tires & my oil changes are under $40.. I paid $74 on an oil change somewhere in town & decided to shop around so glad I did. And.... they will page you over the intercom/loud speaker when your car is ready if your shopping. I thought that was cool. I'm always looking for a deal and of course Walmart delivered again.
