Arrived about 615 pm they checked my tire and told me it wasn't repairable. They showed me an acceptable replacement and I tried to buy 2 of them. They said I would have to come back the next day because they wouldn't be able to complete the install before they closed at 7pm. There were 4 of them standing there doing nothing. Seems like they shoulda been able to mount and balance 2 tires in 30 min

Questionable service. Purchased 5 new tires last year. Normally get them rotated with no issues. Stopped by this afternoon to see about getting the spare patched (i ran over a bolt and already changed the tire). The guy at the counter said there was no way they could get to it, they were short staffed and he had just started his shift and was already behind. No offer to schedule another day or make other arrangements. I purchased the tires here because of previous great service, but seems things have changed.

Packed full of people! Never saw it so crowded before! Wasn't scary inside when we 1st went in. Got lucky and the lady in front of us decided she did not want to he there and she gave me her cart. Still was able to get most of what we went there for though!

After being put on hold 3 different times with no answer from the tire center,,,the lady who was answering the incoming calls told me that she was going to connect me to the tire center manager due to the fact that I called them THREE TIMES WITH NO ANSWER WHAT SO EVER,,,SO LONG AND BEHOLD,, THE MANAGER OF THE TIRE CENTER DIDN'T ANSWER EITHER!!! BUT IT DIDN'T SURPRISE ME NOT ONE BIT!!! I was going to buy 4 brand new tires and get them all alligned,, but why should I give SAMS CLUB TIRE CENTER MY HARD EARNED MONEY,,, WHEN THEY COULDN'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE NOT ONE SINGLE TIME OUT OF 4 CALLS!!!! YOUR LOSS SAMS CLUB TIRE CENTER!!!
