I’ve never laughed as much as I did getting my freaking oil changed. Who would’ve thought. Give these boys a raise because they’re doing more for your customers than anyone.

We got our oil changed down on our Chevy 2500 about two weeks ago and as of yesterday night at 8:30 my truck lost all that oil while I was at the gas station. Needless to say the oil filter was not put on correctly and I lost all my oil. After calling this morning, right when they open, I spoke to a man who said the manager would be in and then he was gonna directly call her on her cell phone to have her call me back that never happened. I go in there and wait for about 15 minutes never spoke to a manager. She refused to come out and speak to me because she was reviewing video footage. They did not have record of my truck in their system so I had to manually go get all the paperwork I kept Out from my truck to prove I was in fact there. She then send me somebody who is in training to be a manager who continue to just repeat himself over and over again that they could not do anything because I had changed the oil filter myself, which was not true. All my dad did was take it out of the truck and clean it off for me and added a quart of oil to my truck. He then says oh that wasn’t relayed to me. They continue to play the telephone game. He continue to get disrespectful and use the word ma’am after multiple times after I told him to stop calling me ma’am then he made a stupidest comment I’ve ever heard in my life when I told him I was a Sgt in the army don’t call me ma’am after the 15th time and he states that they call mams Sgt in the army as well too, and rolled his eyes. That’s 100% in accurate and completely disgraceful. I finally told him I’m done speaking to him. I just wanna talk to the manager. I’m there with my two year old and had been 20 minutes now I’ve been waiting. No manager has yet to come up and speak to me. He continues to walk out and says he’s not getting her and that Customerservice will call me and he has no time when they will actually call me it could be days. I told him I’m done. I want a manager as I go to walk out he beat me to the door and I’m holding my two year old and he starts to put his weight on the door to shut it faster while I’m trying to come out of it which extremely I rated me I continue to get loud where the customers are currently getting their vehicles worked on and tell them that they almost blew up my $70,000 truck. Finally, the manager comes out and speaks to me. She says she’s on the phone with Customerservice right now they’re gonna call me and then I can leave and again I tell her nobody told me this that it was completely telephone game. I finally get customer service. Call me in about two minutes. We discussed all of this and they’re gonna send me a refund check in the mail which is all I wanted to begin with. Beware, I thought that this new Valvoline would come with better customer service and better managers, but it’s just like the rest of them. It’s all just trying to get your vehicles in and out as quick as they can to make the most money and the workers are fly by night workers that’s it never again we will do our oil changes from here on out. i’m sure as more and more time goes by. They’re gonna start realizing where they’re messing up at and more bad reviews will come out.

I am so satisfied and thankful to have a Valvoline like the one on South Court St around. So very knowledgeable and professional and just down right kind!! Thomas is exceptional and made my experience terrific!! I recommend them to everyone!!
