Scheduled an oil change at 5:30 in the app just like they recommend, by 6:45 we went to check on the car and they hadn’t even started on it. Took the keys and said don’t even bother, in other words.. don’t waste your time with them. NEVER GOING BACK

Absolutely incompetent. They would not honor warranty or prorate a battery that was only 7 days past warranty period. Then the manager proceeds to tell me it's normal for a car battery to only last 12 months.

The staff was friendly, service slow. Despite showing the staff member my tire size, she insisted on walking out to thr vehicle, scanning the VIN and then the tire to discover the tire size I gave her was right. It is about the most common tire, they had none in stock. On a spare we had to travel out of town to get replacements

Did not drain all the oil out of my car still looked really dark and when I confronted them about it, they called me a liar they thought they could get away with it just because I was young and didn’t think I would check it this is absolutely unacceptable and I will not be coming back

Worst service ever. Waited at the service desk for 30+ minutes before anyone decided to come in. When they did come in they decided to take someone behind me in line first who had been there maybe 5 minutes. Was told that the tires they ordered were no where to be found they could sell me some others that were a little more expensive. Okay fine lets do it. Told to give them an hour, came back hour and a half later, I don't see my truck in the bay or the parking lot. Idiot is goofing off in my vehicle behind the store. He sees me and pretends to be taking it into the bay. I ask why they are driving around like complete idiots and was told they were checking alignment, they have machines for that? Another hour goes by and I'm told they only have 2 tires and not 4 and they have already changed 2 of them and put them back on and they can order the other 2 and have them next day took a week to get other 2 tires. Oh and they broke off two tire sensors and can't fix them. After all this mess, found out the tires are not even rated for my vehicle and was causing front end problems, 1000 lbs difference in what they gave and what I needed even after me pointing out exactly what I needed. Now fighting to get my money back because of course what's on the receipt is NOT what is on the truck. Only good thing is Walmart is the only one that sells this specific tire. I recommend checking receipt against tires before leaving the lot. Yes I did go to a manger. Never again.

Can you give ZERO stars? I had a scheduled appointment to have 4 new tires installed on my car. I scheduled in advance and had to pay in advance online. I arrived at my appointment and after about 20 minutes was told that the technician "refused" to change the tires because he did not know how to get the "tire caps off". I was told that I would need to cancel and process the refund ONLINE and it will take THREE weeks to get my money back! I left and attempted to complete the refund online and then add to return to the store because only the service could be handled on line the tires had to be returned on site! What a waste of my time and SO frustrating. This left me waiting to get the money back in order to get my tires replaced. Never again!
