I purchased a Silver 2002 Honda Odyssey EX-L here back in 2015. This van lasted me 7 years. I finally had to let her go at 365,000 miles because I had a water pump issue and wasn't able to figure out what was going on til it already blew a head gasket. It was my fault because I didn't know enough about cars to know what to check. If it had been replaced before the head gasket issue, theirs no doubt in my mind that I wouldn't drive it another 300k miles. Every mechanic said it was the cleanest engine they ever looked in. It ran smooth. It was the last vehicle my grandfather went with me to checkout before he died of cancer. I didn't want to let it go. It had a salvage title because it was hot and the back door had to be replaced but that van mechanically was the best of all I have ever had prior.

Took my car here today to replace a tire. While in the process of removing my tire from the rim the gentlemen busted my rim. I would not take my vehicle to these people. They were very unprofessional. The owner was literally not willing to refund me for the tire or take ownership for busting my rim! DO NOT TAKW YOUR CARE HERE!!!!!

My brother bought an 09 Nissan Versa August 12th 2020 August 15th the throw out bearing for the clutch that was supposed to be new started screaming (high pitch metal to metal not good). So being I'm an ASE certified mechanic I started working only to find that their technician has broken a chunk of the engine block and put washers between the engine and trans that is 100% supposed to butt to the engine block. I called Usado's and told their manager what the issue was. He told me it was as is and to go f@$: myself. Great business lemme tell ya.

Would gave 5 stars but I'm in my feelings right now. He sold the car that I wanted right in my face to another customer 😭 It wasn't the owners fault he did say 1st come and I was 2nd. 😭 my whole day is ruined 😭 I'm such a crybaby...
