I give two stars because they half did everything. I originally went in for my alternator about a month ago. Everything went smooth service was great! I took my car back there for a seal for the gasket cover and an oil change and tune-up! For some odd reason, they cut every corner that they could! I took my car back the same night Because I could barely make it down the street hours later. He calls me the next morning says I need a spark plug. I thought that spark plugs are what was needed during a tuneup but whatever I paid it he gave my car back OK. Went to church Sunday by Monday morning. I was on the side of the road again. He came to my rescue changed the belt that was broken as a so-called courtesy. Simultaneously through all of this, my car was smoking and leaking some type of fluid. Two days later, I was on the side of the road again. this time my car got towed, and I had to pay another mechanic to redo all the work. I only need a seal for my gasket cover ended up having to replace it the whole valve gasket cover and its entirety by the time they got done with my car! When I called to make him aware of what was going on, he insisted someone else had done work on my car and that his mechanic was not responsible! I would suggest people keep it real simple any major work I would not suggest! I had to pay an additional $500 dealing with this mechanic.

New to the area Sam did a great job on my vehicle huge relief finding a reliable Shop with Fair pricing without predatory approaches. Also found my brakes to be overly worn down. I did not have time to do anything besides an oil change today, but after letting me know the status of my brakes Sam merely suggested it is overdue, but did not try to pressure me into getting them done on the spot as someone who has gone through many vehicles I appreciate that because let’s be honest as a customer it always feels better to be attended to rather than obliging to upsell methods Thank you guys , Also, very friendly staff I would give it more than five stars if possible
