They were incredibly honest about the repairs needed on my car, explained everything clearly, and did a fantastic job at a fair price. I felt completely comfortable knowing my car was in good hands. The staff assistant manager I believe his name is Andrew(he should be the the GM) was very professional and explained everything clearly, which really helped me understand the repairs needed. Will be returning a near future.

When I talked with Chris yesterday I was thinking the worst that I was going to have to shell out over $200 for tires with a nail in my tire. But thankfully with the Honest help of Chris and his team I am only having to have them patch a tire and come back when I can to put new tires on. Y'all at NTB on White horse road are a definite blessing for this single mom!! Between the customer service I was given and allowing my son to watch SpongeBob while we waited we will continue to do business here for a Very long time!!

We are in Greenville to visit family. We live in VA. Last night, my husband ran over a screw, and our tire started losing air. It was almost time for the store to close, and Andrew, along with his tech, I'm sorry I didn't catch the techs name...Anyway, they were so helpful, and very kind to us, they delivered A+ customer service!! I would highly recommend this business for your tire needs, or any service u need that they provide! Andrew was top notch! As was his tech! Thank u to both of u, again!! Anytime we are here visiting, and need anything for our vehicle, we will definitely come back to u!!

These guys did a great job. I had my car towed here after running over debris. Service was extremely quick and Andrew did a great job communicating the process and keeping me updated. Chad was very helpful and gave me a BOGO on a tire pressure sensor! The crew was great, I definitely recommend this business

Knowledgeable about their products and easy ordering process. *****UPDATE*****Be cautious. I had my oil changed 3 months later at Take5 and found out the air filter that I paid $70 for at NTB was NOT changed. NTB said they replaced the cabin air filter. That day I took the glove compartment out and guess what? The cabin air filter was dirtier than the engine air filter, and hadn’t been replaced in years. NTB did make it right and replaced the engine air filter.

Andrew was a huge help working me first thing in the morning to get two tires patched! Thankfully, he had helped me get a warranty last year when I bought the tires! Grateful for such friendly service and the patience they provide. They helped me feel comfortable and safer getting back on the road!

Was about to go to work this morning and checked my oil. Bone dry. I got here when the doors opened and they got me in and out quick. Affordable and didn’t try to sell me a bunch fixes for my car. Very happy and will return🤍

Update- Chris is thankfully no longer with NTB! I paid $29 in cash to Chris at this location. A few days later my tire started having issues again. Thankfully Thomas at the Chalmers Rd store checked it out. He couldn't Find a Patch Anywhere. And after I suggested that the DM Paul check cameras. It was found that Chris took my money, didnt patch my tire, Said he was Not there that day and never did an invoice! The safety of my family was on that tire and I was called a liar 😡 multiple times! After I asked for a new tire. The DM Paul had the nerve to tell me not to Lie if I did a review! Thomas and his crew at Chalmers Rd NTB are Great but watch out for you and your family elsewhere! I love this place! They have been helping me for years and today they saved the day. I got a screw in my rear passenger tire. Not only did they stay open 5 more minutes for me. They also had my tires that I like in stock and have been super speedy rotating one of my tires and putting on my two new tires.
