My daughter was in a real bind. Her car was not working and the owner went above and beyond to help her! He got the car in right away and gave her a great price! He really cared about helping her! They even picked her up when the car was finished which is really important because she’s a single mother with no way to get there. I will be giving them all my business in the future, and would highly recommend the shop!

Bill his wife and his staff are all fantastic. True professionals. Clean shop, all the right tools, great price for the work. Bill even found a serious issue with one of our work trucks which was misdiagnosed by our "former mechanic". Take the time to go up there and judge for yourself.

Bill, (owner/operator) makes you feel like family. His staff is certified and knowledgeable. Bill takes the time to listen to you, to help determine the best solution to fix any problems. Bill gives me a time line to help me fix the most urgent issues first that will keep me on the road.

I lost my job in Florida due to a hurricane lost my sister nov13th. I moved to Arkansas drove to ohio to see my brother which lost his fight to cancer. My car broke down and no garage would help they were booked. I called updated automotive repair and Bill the owner was booked and still helped my family and I and got us on the road. If not for bill I would have lost my job and potentially homeless. Bill the owner was such a blessing and fantastic. To anyone who reads this he's the best mechanical honest in the greater cleveland area. Thank you Bill so apricative
