They were very polite and on top of everything. The driver took a special care because my vehicle was an all-wheel-drive. He was very thorough very detail, oriented, and very friendly. Their service was very prompt and he told me all the way home from Middleburg Heights to Wadsworth. And he even called his boss to make sure he could give me a ride home, which he did. I would highly recommend them. They definitely get five stars for me and I would definitely call them again if I needed help or needed a tow.

I experienced a fast acting flat tire. Pulled over before getting on the interstate, called AAA. I waited and waited. Probably about 2 hours or so. However, for the service I received, the wait was completely worth it. I have had some unfortunate experiences with mechanics before, being a woman and all, however, he was very professional, polite and considerate. I would recommend them if you ever have any car emergency.

Punctual, professional, diligent, and surprisingly affordable. These guys saved my ass after the nut on one of my car's tie rods gave out and sent me careening over a curb and into the grass on the side of a road. Their well-equiped vehicle was able to both recover and tow me with minimal issues, and the entire time the tower displayed integrity and diligence in his work. My car and I were in good hands, and I felt it. Plus, their rate was very reasonable and well affordable given the job and distance. I'd definitely recommend their service, and would call upon them again if need be.

I got in from a 2 hour flight and realized I had a something stuck in the tire Nathan from browns towing came out within 30 minutes and was able to plug my tire with it being brand new. If you are ever broke down give them a call. They have a new customer in me for life. Thank you Nathan and browns towing.

Was stuck near Erie stranded… called Unique (Brown) owner…. He came right out. Quick and courtesy service decent rates. Took me clear back to Pittsburgh with my vehicle.
