The people are professional, friendly and trustworthy. They are preferred providers with State Farm Insurance Company. My car was ready sooner than I expected. I definitely recommend this business.

Excellent service for my vehicle. The receptionist and owners of Automotive Excellence were very friendly, made you feel at home instantly and knew their vehicle problems in a few minutes. I feel very much at ease having them look at my car and fixing the problem. The prices are right on as well! Will always come here when I need my vehicle serviced.

A well maintained parking lot with plenty of spots to drop off your car. They had a box outside with a form and envelope to fill in your details and securely drop off your keys. I didn't see anything to write with though, so be sure to bring a pen just in case. There were two spots dedicated to rental cars for pickup. I dropped off my car and they called me the next day to give me the list of things they could fix and what all was involved. I picked just the things I wanted worked on and they didn't pressure me about doing the rest. The time frame and cost of the repair was in line with the initial estimate. When I picked up my car the lobby was very nice, spacious and handicap accessible. I didn't look to see if there was a bathroom. I thought the price was fair and the repairs are working well. I spoke with Kenny and the lady at the front (sorry, I didn't get your name). They were both very nice and we had a conversation about various aspects of the car repair and a little history about tire sensors and stuff like that. Overall it was a very positive experience and I hope to keep them as my primary car service provider moving forward.

We have dealt with Automotive Excellence several times in the past and the result has always been the same....excellent!!! The work that they do is superb and their customer service is fantastic. We will not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.
