The personnel from the front desk to the shop work together to make their customers happy and proud again of their vehicle. I like the updates, phone calls I received. I like that my car was done when I was told it would be. I really appreciate how the personnel understood my emotional ups and downs. My vehicle’s hood, grill, and headlight look great! I am so happy with the work from Caliber! Definitely quality work done by kind and trained professionals.

Been here once and never again. VERY misleading on their scheduling and timing. You will have to wait way past their estimated date of your vehicle being fix. I have even heard that this would not be the first case of it. These company schemes are easy to be overlooked by most but not all, bad quality , only made to have a cover up and look good for the sale. Don’t be fooled , management seems like a A hole , if you want what your paying for go somewhere else Companies like this only try to get the best bang out of their buck not only from insurance companies but their customers as well, try to get away with as much as they can and will make things look good then actually be good. Make sure to actually inspect your vehicle and parts replaced if you ever decide to come here. Caliber collision north Royalton , 1 out of 10, next time I would rather get a backyard job done. On top of it all, was promised a clean car , once I picked up it looked as if it was barely touched with only the bare minimum done, my own child does a better job “cleaning”. Embarrassing establishment all around, these companies should not be getting away with the things they do. Just like how they all charge these insurance’s for materials and just toss em away but still pocket money and will still up charge people like us

Caliber Collision was great to work with. I was in an accident and they took me right in with my insurance. Everything was fixed quickly and the car looks great! Jim and Cody were awesome and they made this experience so much easier.

Took my car for an estimate, when I arrived i was told the estimator called off and they would take photos and get the estimate back on the next day. I followed up 2 and 3 days later still nothing. So needless to say I moved on and did not return.
