UnitedFleet Introduce
Located at 724 SE 14th St, Des Moines, IA 50317, USA, UnitedFleet stands as an accessible option for vehicle owners in the Des Moines area seeking automotive repair and maintenance services. This introduction aims to provide local users with a comprehensive overview of UnitedFleet, categorized as an Auto Repair Station, detailing its environment, the services it offers, its distinguishing features, and relevant promotional insights gleaned from publicly available information.
As an **Auto Repair Station**, UnitedFleet is positioned to address a broad spectrum of automotive needs, from routine maintenance to more complex repairs. The facility itself, while not explicitly detailed in terms of its interior or waiting area amenities, is a physical establishment designed to accommodate vehicles for various service procedures. Typically, such establishments feature bays for vehicle lifts, diagnostic equipment, and a designated space for technicians to perform their work. The environment of an auto repair shop like UnitedFleet is generally characterized by a bustling atmosphere, with the sounds of tools and machinery, and the presence of trained professionals focused on vehicle diagnostics and repair. A clean and organized waiting area for customers is often a priority, aiming to provide a comfortable experience while their vehicles are being serviced.
UnitedFleet offers a range of services critical to maintaining vehicle health and performance. Based on customer experiences, a core service provided is **oil changes**. This fundamental maintenance task involves draining old engine oil and replacing it with fresh oil, along with a new oil filter. Regular oil changes are crucial for engine longevity and efficiency, preventing wear and tear caused by friction and heat. Beyond this, the anecdotal evidence suggests they handle other basic repairs, such as addressing minor issues like a malfunctioning blinker. While specific details on the full breadth of their repair capabilities are not extensively outlined, the nature of an auto repair station implies a capacity for various mechanical and electrical repairs, tire services, brake inspections and replacements, and possibly even more specialized diagnostics for engine or transmission issues. Given its name, "UnitedFleet," it's also plausible that they cater to fleet maintenance, offering tailored services for businesses with multiple vehicles, which often includes scheduled maintenance, preventative repairs, and comprehensive diagnostics to minimize downtime.
One of the key features that emerges from customer feedback about UnitedFleet is its **customer service**. While experiences vary, there are instances of highly positive interactions, with customers commending the staff for being "extremely pleasant and helpful." The emphasis on customer communication, such as speaking with individuals like Jordan over the phone, suggests an effort to provide clear and supportive interactions. Another notable feature is their adoption of an **appointment-based system for services like oil changes**, which customers have noted leads to a "super smooth" and professional experience. This structured approach helps in managing workflow efficiently, reducing wait times for customers and ensuring a more streamlined service process. The company's involvement in **community initiatives**, such as participating in fundraisers for local groups like dance teams, also stands out as a unique characteristic. This engagement not only helps the community but also serves as a way for the business to connect with potential customers and build goodwill.
Regarding promotional information, the existence of an "oil change card" offered as part of a fundraiser is a clear example of their promotional strategy. This type of offering serves as an incentive for new customers to try their services, often leading to repeat business if the experience is positive. Such initiatives can be effective in attracting customers who might not have considered UnitedFleet otherwise. While not explicitly stated, it's common for auto repair stations to offer various promotions throughout the year, such as discounts on specific services, seasonal maintenance packages, or loyalty programs for recurring customers. Given the diverse customer experiences, the promotional information should also be viewed in conjunction with all feedback. The phone numbers provided, (515) 288-8464 and +1 515-288-8464, serve as direct lines for inquiries, appointments, and general customer service, facilitating easy access for local users.
It's important for potential customers to consider the full spectrum of experiences. While some customers laud the excellent customer service and efficiency, particularly with scheduled appointments and community involvement, others have reported significant dissatisfaction. Concerns have been raised regarding recurring issues after repairs, perceived overfilling of oil, and even claims that services like oil changes were not fully performed despite being paid for or redeemed. These contrasting accounts highlight the importance of individual due diligence, such as retaining receipts and documentation of services. When evaluating an auto repair station, it's often beneficial to consider a range of reviews and, if possible, discuss concerns directly with the service provider. UnitedFleet, like any service business, strives to provide quality service, but customer experiences can be subjective and vary based on individual circumstances and the specific services rendered.
In conclusion, UnitedFleet, located at 724 SE 14th St, Des Moines, IA, presents itself as an accessible Auto Repair Station offering essential vehicle maintenance services like oil changes and general repairs. Their features include an appointment-based system for certain services and community engagement through promotional cards. Prospective customers are encouraged to use the provided contact information to inquire about specific services and promotions.

UnitedFleet Customer Reviews
Worst experience ever! Spent 2000 and taking it back numerous times for it to continue to have the same problems. Call to get the main bosses information they won’t give it to you. Would not recommend at all. There customer service sucks. My vehicle is at another shop having the same things fixed that they say they already fixed. And i have all receipts and videos to prove everything.

Update: took my car in for another oil change, two days later, i started to have an oil leak so I took my car to my actual mechanic and he let me know that my oil and oil filter had not been changed at all. So since I had a free oil change card they weren’t actually changing my oil, just adding to the dirty oil. I was also told they overfilled my oil too much. Excellent customer service! They do a lot for the community. I bought an oil change card as a fundraiser for a dance team so ended up taking my car here and I plan on being back after my experience. I spoke to Jordan over the phone. Extremely pleasant and helpful. They ended up putting in a blinker that I was putting off too. Oil change is by appointment so everything goes super smooth and were really professional. Highly recommend!

These guys were great help. Definitely would recommend. Had problems with my exhaust after hitting a pothole and they were able to get me in right after my phone call with them. Mike was super helpful and friendly and I will be coming back for any of my auto care needs

Worst experience ever. I had a list of broken things that needed quotes on, and they wanted to charge a diagnostic fee for each one when all I wanted was quotes. When confirming the manager respectfully, he became flustered and upset, no eye contact, walked away, I thought he was just super busy until he told me to leave the store. I have never been kicked out of any business in my life.
