Excellent initial break-in service for my 2025 BMW M5. Service advisor Michael Heim got me in the very next day when I reached the 1200 mile break-in service mileage even though no appointments were showing in the system. I didn’t have to leave the car and I was able to was able to wait for the service to be completed. Michael has been my service advisor for several cars that I have had over the past several years. Thank you Michael once again for your prompt attention to this!
