Tyler's CARSTAR Collision Center Introduce

Welcome to Tyler's CARSTAR Collision Center, an Auto Repair Station located at 2550 S 11th St, Niles, MI 49120. As part of the CARSTAR network, Tyler's Collision Center focuses on providing collision repair services to the local community. Understanding that accidents can be a stressful experience, collision centers aim to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition, addressing both cosmetic and structural damage. Tyler's CARSTAR Collision Center in Niles serves as a local option for those in need of such specialized automotive repairs.

Based on recent customer feedback available online, experiences at Tyler's CARSTAR Collision Center appear to be varied. While some customers have praised the quality of the bodywork, particularly in cases of significant damage like hitting a deer, others have expressed concerns regarding customer service and the thoroughness of the repairs. It's important for potential customers to consider these differing perspectives when evaluating their options for collision repair.

One customer reported, "Great work, was done in 7 days, one thing wasn’t fixed properly, unfortunately, but not noticeable unless you point it out." This suggests that the core repair work can be of a good standard, with the vehicle looking restored after a collision. The mention of a detail not being fully resolved, albeit minor, indicates a potential area for improvement in quality control or final inspection processes.

However, the same review also raised significant concerns about the customer service experience, stating, "Customer service is not great. Was talked to like I’m stupid, unfortunately I will never choose this place again (if I have any damage again). When i got there to get my vehicle back, nobody walked out with me to make sure my vehicle was good to go, nothing, just “name, pay, key, bye”." This description paints a picture of a transactional interaction lacking in attentiveness and care, which can be a crucial factor for customers seeking support during a potentially difficult time.

Another customer echoed the positive feedback regarding the bodywork itself, saying, "The two stars are for the work because I hit a deer and it doesn’t look like I hit a deer at all, so the person who actually worked on my car was good." This again highlights the skill of the technicians in addressing collision damage effectively. However, this positive aspect was overshadowed by subsequent issues and a lack of follow-up, as the customer added in an edit: "Edit to add- since getting my vehicle back, my front bumper has a piece not done properly, the fender is peeling, the technology part in my front bumper sensors wasn’t done, and I have a 24 inch scratch on the back of my vehicle. I have tried contacting Dennis 4 days in a row with NO response." This detailed account raises serious concerns about the completeness and quality of the repairs, as well as the responsiveness of the customer service team to address post-repair issues.

In contrast to these negative experiences, another customer reported a highly positive interaction, stating, "Customer service was exceptional. I was kept informed throughout the process. Got my vehicle back ahead of schedule. They cleaned and vacuumed the inside and there is no longer any evidence of deer damage. I would recommend anyone to Tyler's carstar collision center." This review paints a completely different picture, praising the communication, speed of service, attention to detail (cleaning and vacuuming), and the overall outcome of the repair. This suggests that customer experiences may vary significantly at this location.

Given these mixed reviews, it is challenging to provide a definitive assessment of the environment and overall customer experience at Tyler's CARSTAR Collision Center. The facility is part of a recognized network, CARSTAR, which generally implies adherence to certain standards of repair. However, the local execution of customer service and quality control appears to be areas where experiences differ.

The services offered at Tyler's CARSTAR Collision Center would typically include a comprehensive range of collision repair services. These generally encompass dent removal, frame straightening, auto body repair, painting and refinishing, bumper repair, and potentially the repair or replacement of damaged auto glass. Collision centers also often work directly with insurance companies to help streamline the claims process for their customers.

Features that might be expected from a CARSTAR Collision Center include certified technicians, the use of quality repair materials and techniques, and adherence to industry standards. The positive review mentioning the successful removal of all evidence of deer damage suggests that the center has the capability to handle significant collision repairs effectively. However, the inconsistencies highlighted in the other reviews regarding attention to detail and follow-up are important considerations.

At this time, there is no specific promotional information available in the provided data for Tyler's CARSTAR Collision Center. Customers interested in learning about any current specials or discounts should contact the center directly at (269) 683-1510 or +1 269-683-1510. It's also advisable to inquire about their repair process, warranty information, and customer service protocols before entrusting them with your vehicle.

In conclusion, Tyler's CARSTAR Collision Center in Niles, MI, is an Auto Repair Station specializing in collision repairs. While some customers have reported excellent bodywork and positive customer service experiences, others have raised concerns about attention to detail, post-repair follow-up, and the overall customer interaction. Potential customers should weigh these varying experiences and consider contacting the center directly to discuss their specific needs and expectations. It may also be beneficial to inquire about their quality assurance processes and how they address any potential issues that may arise after the repairs are completed. They were very helpful and friendly. I was so surprised at the amount they charged .It was much less than I thought it would be.. I would gladly recommend this shop to anyone that's had an accident and needs their car repaired. It looks as good as new.

Workmanship is just "Okay". Staff was nice enough. Repaired adjacent panels on bottom drivers side of tailgate not flush and panel gaps on repaired drivers side compared to not repaired passenger side are slightly uneven. I haven't let them know because i just got the vehicle back and it's a holiday weekend, but this is what a body shop does. I should not have to go back and have this fixed.
