I highly recommend this business not only for promptness but the confidence in his work -but taking it a step forward to follow up on the repair and educate me on the parts. I ran into an issue with my truck. I gave them a call because I had often seen fair pricing and good work done by them for those at my company. I called to see if they could fit me in, and they said to bring it in the next morning they open. They went above and beyond to get the repairs done and get me back on the road within a day. I appreciated the assistance.

Tried calling them 5 times over the course of 3 weeks, left two messages, and never got a reply. I’ve had work done by them before, and I was satisfied with it, but I’m disheartened that they did not take any time to help me with my problem. Went to a competitor instead, and they were very responsive. Will not use again. UPDATE: I apparently missed a voicemail message from the owner or manager apologizing for losing track of my request. I really appreciate them trying to make things right, and have a lot of respect for someone for acknowledging their mistakes. I apparently made a mistake as well by not checking my voicemails. Will try them again in the future.
