Was recently in to get a diagnosis because my engine light was on. The kid who I was paired with was extremely rude. I waited an hour for the diagnosis, was charged $92. When I asked why I was charged so much he said I was lucky he didn’t charge me more, and that he’d given me a discount. He’d also been rude when I asked about getting the issue fixed, and quoted it at over $2000. Needless to say, I got the part replaced elsewhere for a much more reasonable price, with way better customer service.

Had an appointment to get my car I bought there detailed. Was told 45s to hour tops. 2 and 1/2 hours later not done and all I got was sorry. The car was not even that dirty just got it from them 3 weeks ago. And we we bought the car was told " we can beat the bank intrust rate and that it came with 2 key remote, only got 1 , but told 7s after we signed all the papers. So we had to spend more money over200 .
