Took my RS7 to get the transmission looked at. He was very honest and said that if it needs to be rebuilt or replaced he doesn't do that for this car. He took a good look at it and showed me that the last shop that serviced it didn't know what they were doing. Half the amount of fluid it was supposed to have, drain bolt messed up, trans pan bolts messed up. He let me know that because of the previous service the clutch for 5th gear may be toast. He replaced the trans fluid, filter, gasket, and bolts. Reset the transmission to relearn all the parameters hoping that it may extend the life of the trans before I need to rebuild it. I would definitely reccomend him for anything you need done. Great price, great communication on how the car was doing. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.
