Charlie fixed my 2018 GLC 300 quickly and without issue. I spoke to him for a couple minutes and he is a nice guy. His prices were fair and I will definitely be back when I need a repair.

Took my 2013 Audi A4 because it had a ceased engine and would not crank, they took engine out and found balance shafts were stuck, they were able to replace balance shafts and all timing components while taking care of all major maintenance and coolant system components while it was out. They did a fantastic job and the car is back on the road running better than ever. Absolutely recommend this shop for any Audi/wv owner.

Well after this shop fixed my car ($580)they said that I also need to change gasket ($1200)because there oil leaks. Actually It didn't leak before , but oil started leak after I took my car home from shop. 3 days later when I start my car I got horrible nose . I call AAA and they took my car to different shop. What they told me make me very upset. So in short… I would never come back to that place because, people need to trust you to bring their car back to your shop.

Took care of my Benz while I walked around for a few hours around the area. Definitely did the best job I seen In a while unlike any other German shop this one cares about your car. Totally recommend for any European car! 6 stars!

This is definitely our place to go to when our Audi A6 needs any kind of service. Charlie and Wendy are very nice and most importantly they are honest. The prices are great and the service was even better. Charlie explains everything clearly and precisely. I highly recommend Euro Master Tek!

CHARLIE IS A GODSEND ! My husband just purchased an Audi Q5 for our family, after a few days we got a check engine light. Charlie checked out the car and quoted me a fair price for repairs. Shortly after I picked up the car my check engine light came back on, (totally different isssues). We called the shop and was greeted with a friendly tone and a no worry attitude. We dropped the car back off and more repairs were made, again at a fair price. Since I’ve picked up my car last month, she’s ran like a dream!! This is our first Audi and Charlie has completely taken care of us. He enjoys talking shop and has educated me on the Audi brand. Huge thank you to Charlie and his team. God bless you all 🧡🧡

Charlie is a master mechanic and Wendy always kept me up to date as to the status of my repair :) They even sprayed a little WD40 on my door hinges so they wouldn't squeak, it's the little things that count!
