Had a battery drain on my Benz, took it over their 3 times for the same repair. He charged me twice for the same job he said he repaired. Marco got "Offended" because I questioned his quality of work.... well if I have to bring the car back 3 times for the same issue that is definitly bad service. Found a hole in the wall and the guy found the problem after 1 hour. Treat your customers right. If i'm paying money treat me with respect and quality service. You lost a good customer.

I happened to try this company after experiencing a particularly egregious rip-off by dealership repair service. I no longer have my Mercedes but the next one I get, a factor is knowing Marco and his company are available to do the repairs. His honesty, timely repairs, reasonable and fair pricing and willingness to explain everything...never any surprise "oh, I found this, it'll be extra" kind of stuff that's a regular feature at the dealership. I have total confidence in this company which is saying a lot! I highly recommend Dr. Benz. AAAA++++!!!!

Marco replaced both the window regulators in my SL63. The work was excellent, and I can’t believe how quickly he turned the job around. The price was very reasonable, and I’m delighted with the whole experience. I will be back (when my Mercedes decides it wants another tribute… :-)

I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. They truly care about you and your vehicle. I decided to give this shop a chance when I came down to Las Vegas from Arizona and I got a check engine light on the way over. I knew I also needed to get my motor mounts changed and thought this would be the best time to do it. Doctor Benz gave me a quote lower then my shop back in AZ to fix the motor mounts and they diagnosed the check engine light to be a sensor issue. In one day the car was out of the shop and ready to go and she now drives smoother then ever. They also let me know about some other minor issues that I have with the car along with a reasonable quote. They even taught me some tricks for me to assure that my car is in running condition. I 100% recommend this shop to work on any Mercedes!

Marco really knows what he is doing when it comes to Mercedes. I have taken my classic 450 SEL to him for repairs and maintenance. He always knows how to fix it. I have also taken two C class cars and an SLK I have owned to him for maintenance and repairs. Honest and overall great shop!
