This was my first time coming to this location, and unfortunately, it was not a good one. They promised me my car would be done the same day, and it was just a diagnosing issue, but nothing was done all day. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I called to get an update, he hung up on me twice. I wasted the entire day with no progress on my car. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Very unprofessional service.

Had some engine troubles that made my car underivable. Tuffy was quick both with the diagnostics and repair. They worked with me and helped keep my repairs within my budget. Will defiantly be using them in the future

No stars! They suck! I’ve had multiple problems going on with my vehicle and every time U would have them fix it, something new pops up after it was “fixed”. For example when I needed a new battery and transmission repair it was fixed but then both of my 2 key fob stopped working (so I cant unlock and lock my doors), my computer system won’t work properly so I cant see my tire pressures, when I got an oil change my percentage didn’t correct its self like usual, and they wanted to charge me to see what the problem is that they caused. Its annoying and an expensive problem, would NEVER recommend and NEVER going back!!

Service on my engine was quick and efficient, they let me know other things that are coming up to needing maintenance but didn't push for them to be done that day. I told them I was a single vehicle home and they worked hard to get my vehicle back in one day. Paul and Megan (I think that was her name) were great in communicating what was going on throughout the day.
