Earlier in the morning I slid off the road in a snow storm and bent my rear rim. Upon parking at the airport about an hour later I discovered that the tire was slowly leaking due to the bent rim. After calling several shops that were already booked for the day I called Monro from a referral from another shop. Initially they too were booked but after describing the urgency of my situation they were able to get me in almost immediately (1 hour). I was due for an oil change soon as well and they took care of that also at the same time. The price was fabulous too. I paid for the full service oil change and they repaired my Rim for free. EXCELLENT experience!!! Highly recommended…

Needed my tires mounted and they fit me in same day on a Saturday. Price was reasonable and Rich was super helpful talking me through everything. Definitely recommend coming here.

Came to Monroe Tire after a long day of waiting for a tow due to a flat tire. Although the tow company did not work out - Rich at Monroe checked throughout the day to see what was going on. He was extremely polite and helpful throughout this process.

Brought my car in for an oil change, got a Groupon for a oil change and tire rotation and they indeed did not rotate tires. If they rotated them they would've noticed I had weather rot & would've said something. As I'm shopping for new tires for my vehicle they would've gotten a customer for new tires but nope negligence on their end. Would not come back nor recommend.
