Words cannot express my gratitude for how incredible this experience was. From the moment I walked in I was treated with so much kindness and welcoming energy. All the men that helped were beyond knowledgeable and attentive. They quickly provided a detailed inspection, insight and suggestions on possible solutions. I felt as though my safety was the main concern. By far the best experience I’ve ever had when dealing with issues regarding my car. So glad I live close to this location but I’d drive a thousand miles for the service. HUGE thank you to Shaaq, Darell and Josh. I am beyond appreciative of all your help!!!!

Great customer service and an honest business. I made an appointment to get my tires balanced because I felt like something was off on my vehicle. Josh drove my car and said he didn’t feel that my tires were off balanced. They put my car on the lift and checked my tires and found a HUGE screw in one of them. They plugged it and sent me on my way. Josh and Shaq are great and I will definitely be back next time I run into an issue. 10/10

I had an excellent experience at Tuffy. My tire got a puncture while I was driving, and I was in a rush to get it fixed. The staff was friendly and efficient, and they got me back on the road in no time. I highly recommend this shop for any tire repairs or replacements. Great service, and I’ll definitely return if I ever need help again!

Had the most amazing experience with the Tuffy team. Came in 30 minutes before closing with a tire emergency. Team was able to look at the vehicle right away and diagnose the problem. It turned out to be a valve issue and the team replaced the valve complimentary. Huge life saver and could not be more thankful to this team. Will visit again in the future. Darrell and Josh were amazing.

GREAT experience!! I had a flat tire (a bad one at that) and I drove in here for the first time. They found the issue and fixed it no problem! They had a line but I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes! Highly recommend for anyone in the Farmington/livonia area. Appreciate it guys! 💯

I went in to get my tires changed had to get a battery aswell. Both Josh 1 and Josh 2 were amazing! Great customer service and really good guys. Would recommend
