We have had good experiences each time we have been there. Our car issues were resolved quickly. We felt very welcomed and well informed. Thank you, Dan and all the others for your professionalism and good work.

I shared the same experience. The price has doubled and I was told the same story about the corporate decision to raise the price. I really like this store the service was always excellent that is why I went there. I will never use them again and it's their loss I own a business with 10 vehicles and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

January 27th, 2025. I stopped by this week to get an oil change and thought I was in luck as there was only one car in a bay and no cars lined up. Upon entering the bay the young man that was assisting me let me know that, "Our prices have seen a drastic increase this week". He then let me know that an oil change that used to cost just over $70 would now cost over $100. Perhaps $120!! What!!! He stated that this was a corporate decision. Something about keeping the local prices the same as those in NY. He explained that he did not want the bill to be a surprise, therefore he let me know before the service. I let him know that I appreciated the information, and his honesty, that I would be completing the service at home. Which cost about $40 and less than an hour of my time. I really like the team at this location, but will find another service location if this price hike remains.

I've been a loyal customer for several years, getting my oil changes for my 4 vehicles 3 to 4 times a year. Today I went in to get another of the many oil change. I even went and got a car wash prior, so the technician under the vehicle wouldn't have a crusty, dirty undercarriage. At the greetting, I was informed they doubled their price. Corporate greed in action. I will no longer use that corporate entity. Disappointed!

Very quick, efficient and friendly staff makes for an excellent experience. Colin and Carl didn’t try upsell me anything i didn’t need. Great job!! Definitely my new place to get my oil changes done
