0 Stars - I never post reviews because I normally CBF....But this was a doooozy DO NOT GO HERE.....Worst Autozone I have ever been too. Run by a bunch of degenerates Standard request - Need filter, Oil, and Oil pan for my f150. I want the $7 shitty oil pan, old mate sells me the $40.00 oil pan, telling me not a drop of oil will touch your floor. Off I go to complete my Oil change. First up Wrong filter...need to go back to get the right filter.....Second the Oil pan that mofo sold me was ABSOLUTE GARBAGE...Oil everywhere....Fuming now, I call the store and organise if I can exchange it or get a refund, they said of course, I go back and get nothing but abuse "You used the pan though...I can't refund that!!!!Why is there Oil in here...Who brings us a Oil Pan full of Oil!!!!!.....in front of other customers Disgusted with the whole ordeal....Guess I'll be doing my shopping at O'Reilly's

front desk lady is very impatient, hung up on me when i wasn’t finished talking didn’t want to give no effort into helping me find a hardened steel flange nut, many other employees there like casey would of stayed on the phone and helped me find a simple hardened steel flange nut

Very polite even with transaction issues! Came in for advice on plugs and headlights, they were very helpful and I came out confident in my choice. Aside from this I was trying to use my $20 store credit + a $10 coupon, the system was not happy. Luckily the employees were happy to assist and eventually we got the problem solved! let there be one more light and 4 more plugs!
