I can see why this shop has 5 star reviews. Amazing customer service. I recently did a pre purchase inspection for a vehicle I was buying from a private seller. I believe it was the owner that took care of me. He did a detailed inspection and made sure there was nothing wrong with it. Asking the seller questions about maintenance on the vehicle. And he gave me a few suggestions on what to ask for the vehicle and making sure I received the maintenance history papers for the car. I can tell the owner was looking out for me and making sure I didn't get screwed over. I really appreciate what you guys did for me. I will definitely be getting my maintenance here for my new car. I had a diagnostic performed by a dealership, a national auto repair franchise, and found Trusted Imports for my third opinion to advise on a Check Engine Light notification. I am impressed with the integrity and creativity of the service provided by Andrew. He’s a truly knowledgeable mechanic, customer-focused and a genuinely nice person. Professional, honest and trustworthy shop. On my way to Moab, Utah I encountered a coolant leak. Decided to cut the trip short and stopped by the shop without an appointment early in the morning. They were able to find out the problem was the radiator and could replace it by end of day. But since I had mentioned the radiator was recently replaced and was able to drive 3 hrs back to Vegas from Utah, they recommended I have it warrantied even if that meant them losing business. They made sure I could get back safely and didn’t even charge me anything. If you are in Vegas, this is the shop to go to.

I have a 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid that was ready to have its transmission and rear differential fluid replaced. I called Andrew and he immediately had an opening for me to bring my car in to be serviced. It only took them a couple hours and the maintenance was complete. Andrew was professional throughout the whole process. It’s a great business and there’s even a cute pug that you can pet while you wait.
