I attempted to post my video but for some reason google doesn't support mp4 videos. I use to deliver to Dustin and I've watched how he conducted himself and ran his business. I felt confident after several interactions with him and building a relationship that he would be the man for the job to fix my car. I was right. Gas was leaking out after I would fill it up. Also needed pads front and rear along with spark plugs. Dustin made it easy to get the job done on scheduling, parts and just the know how of what to do. He was there when he said he would be, I showed up on time and it was no hassle at all. He allowed me to watch and learn as we spoke on various topics that we like to discuss. In just a few hours my car was 100% back to normal. Dustin took a HUGE burden and stress off me, knowing I'm new to Vegas and with no friends or family here I needed my car. Dustin will be the ONLY person moving forward touching my car for now on.

I was referred to Dustin and the company by a neighbor. I can truly say he is the first honest, highly capable and reasonable repair shop I have been to anywhere. 2013 BMW with numerous issues and was at the point of just getting rid of it. Not only do you receive the highest quality workmanship for a fair price. The most valuable part of whole experience is the peace of mind you get when your vehicles issues are addressed completely. Nothing more, nothing less. Unusual in my 50 years dealing with auto mechanics.

The best auto shop I have found in vegas. Extremely decent pricing and Dustin is very professional and straightforward with everything your car needs help with. I was recommended to him by my brother who also loved him because he did such a great job with his car. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars here and haven't had any issues until now. Last time I had my Lamborghini fixed, a check engine light came on literally right after I left Dustin's shop. I asked him if he thought it was a big deal and he said it was. I brought it back. Paid thousands again. 2 days after picking up the car the light came on again. This time he said it wasn't a big deal. He said it happens when you drive the car hard. Ive been driving my car hard for 9 months before I took it to his shop and never once did the check engine light come on. Over the phone he started talking over me and getting angry. I told him he needed to calm down and hung up the phone. After I hung up on him he refused via text to fix my Mercedes GL63 at his shop or fix the check engine light I paid him to fix before. Now im out thousands of dollars and my check engine light is still coming on and the spoiler I paid to get fixed isn't working. Thank you Dustin for delivering the worst customer service. Im starting to think these reviews are fake. Im willing to take my bad review down if my car check engine light gets fixed.Good luck

Car: BMW X5 2016 Problem: Aircon wasn’t cooling properly Dustin is an absolute PRO when it comes to fixing cars. On our way to Vegas on Friday we realised our car AC wasn’t cooling properly and it was 115 degrees outside. You can imagine us all arriving in Vegas sweaty. I looked up workshops on Saturday morning, most were either booked out or shut. Dustin was kind enough to accommodate us on a short notice, he was really detailed and thorough with his approach, shared exactly what was wrong with the car. He has fixed it within an hour! Best of all, he was super reasonable with his pricing. We walked away 100% satisfied and happy. Our drive back to LA was a breeze, thanks to Dustin.
