Las Vegas Collision Center

This is the second time I came to this shop to get my issue fixed. The owner, I think his name is Juan was so wonderful to speak with and he made sure the issue I had with my car was fixed. The ladies at the reception desk were very nice and took their time to also ask me the reason for visiting. I left my car in the morning, got the car in a couple of hours and the price to fix the issue was affordable. If you want the best customer service and affordability I would go to Las Vegas Collision Center.

Their customer service was fantastic and made me feel confident in their ability to fix my mothers car. Lupe inspected the car and made sure to check every single nook and cranny before giving me an estimate, something no one else did. The car took about 5 days which seemed long, but it was worth the wait as you can tell everything was done correctly. They took care of calling the person who hit my moms car and arranged payment plans with her which took the stress off of this entire situation. Plus we now have a life time warranty!

The place is a very cosy place, the receptionist is very helpful, and they help you very fast with good price. While you waiting a free water, coffee and cookies are there. The doing the fix well in excellent quality and mostly on time. In case if anybody need to fix a collision or update the vehicle body color, paint, protection this is the place to go.

I went to pick up my car and they said it was ready. They billed my AAA insirance for a new bumper and parts.Then I noticed it was not a new bumper and they had me sign a paper saying it was not new once I found out they lied.Now I have a copy of the paper of them stateing that after billing and committing insurance fraud wich is a felony.Now I have to report it to the attorney general and Dmv to have their license revoked for total felony insurance fraud. Do not go to this place.Go to a where your insurance sends you.They are a insurance fraud buisness.I have all the papers to prove it.I also am getting my lawyer to sue to have it all redone.Do not leave your car there.

This is my second time with LVCC & they have been awesome at taking care of me both times! They pay attention to detail and follow up for you, they take care of all of it. Definitely recommend!
