Very satisfied with the work performed at Truck Toyz of Anderson. They put a b&w hide a ball hitch in and installed a SteelCraft bumper. Everything looks and works great.They place my stock bumper in bed of truck as I requested.

Installed the hitch as soon as it was available. Only problem is that the wiring harness procured was not compatible with my vehicle. Correctly they did not want to install a universal wiring harness. They were not familiar with the electronics associated with my 2025 Equinox and were concerned that they would damage my vehicle. I’m thankful that they shared there concerns with me. ( In our conversation it sounded like they had already ran into a problem with another vehicle) I’m now going to have to contact GM directly to verify that I don’t need some specific converter/powered isolation or if the tail lights now use a place coded modulation which may be load dependent. More my gripe is with the salesman who sold me the vehicle. He assured me that I could get a hitch and wiring for this vehicle. I’m afraid he assumed that the 24’s and 25’s were the same in this area.

I’ve had a great experience at Truck Toyz Anderson. I’ve had a spray in bed line, 2 gooseneck turn over balls installed, and a ranch hand bumper installed at truck toyz. The desk guys are exceptionally knowledgeable and respectful. Will go above and beyond to make it work and make your appointment work. One even stayed 15 minutes late so he could put my truck in the shop for the next day. The work has always been completed in a timely manner and turned out great.

Well since you asked for a review, here it is. I contacted you due to a broken hinge on my frameless glass door on a topper that I have bought from you. You informed me that you don’t make them anymore due to issues of them breaking. No more parts. The suggestion was to replace it with a framed glass door. You took it off and 5 months later you called and said it was ready. 5 Months and then charged me $645. You knew you were having problems with the frameless door but offered me nothing. Meet me halfway on the price. Nope. Nothing. Great customer service right there. I’m going to do my best to warn people about you crooks. Boys is the perfect name for your lemonade stand
