Where do I begin. First and foremost a special thanks to Amanda and our tow truck driver Chris; they are AWESOME! Me and some family members were traveling to Atlanta and an object on I-85 South punctured my tire and was flattened. After calling numerous towing companies, Action Towing and Recovery were the only one able to accommodate our needs in a timely manner to get us to a tire shop for repairs before 6:00 PM on Saturday. The customer service we received was TOP NOTCH and if you are ever in the Anderson, SC area and in need of a towing company, please give them a call. Once again, Amanda and Chris...THANK YOU, THANK YOU! We made it to Atlanta safely, thanks to you guys!

One of the only companies that answered after calling after 5pm, driver came and asked a few questions took a look figured out it was my fault wouldn't start, super nice. Showed up quick once available and the receptionist was super attentive calling to inform of changes and to verify once they were available

These guys are amazing. Owners Rick and Amanda are so nice and easy to work with. My son had an accident with his car and both Chris's showed up with their trucks and they worked together and did an amazing job, took care of the car like it was their own. Amazing people and amazing company.
