Boy! Did these guys give me a great Mothers Day! The gentleman who came out came on time and was very friendly and professional! Work was done in less than an hour! I would strongly recommend this place to anybody, great service and the price was reasonable!! Thanks guys!!!

On a Saturday night, this place came in clutch, the people are friendly and helpful. Plus they got the tools to replace your window if you have an extra one or they can order you one. The prices are affordable & reasonable too plus they are open on Sundays at almost anytime and you can always call them ahead of time too so they can wait for you too. Overall 5/5 and if I could give above 5 stars then I would. I will recommend this place to family & friends and also anyone if they are in an emergency to replace their windows too 5/5 *****

They are good people and they come straight out to you and get the job done Nova back for anything else and people are so respectful and I will go to them again and send customers to them

I do not recommend going to this place at all. Such a waste of time and bad communications all around. I called ahead to get a quote for a sunroof replacement and was told they could get it done the day of. Came to the shop, and the older gentleman told me they did not have the sunroof replacement so he needed to order it from the dealership which takes about 3 days. I put down the deposit and was promised a call when it came in. 3 days later, this shop did not give me a call. So I called them for an update and was not given a clear update. The older gentleman kept telling me "I'll call you back when it comes in" and hung up right away without any clarifications. I know shipping could get delayed sometimes - so I gave them 2 more days and they still didn’t give me an update or call. I then went to the shop to see what was going on and the older gentleman said they still hadn’t ordered the parts yet and refunded my deposit. If only they would’ve been honest in the first place, I wouldn’t have had to wait a week for them and would’ve gone somewhere else. Such a waste of time and bad communication overall.

They were extremely helpful in a dire time. Tony was able to see me and replace my rear window in my Honda a day before I was about to fly out of state. Customer service was out of this world. There isn’t anyone else I’d recommend aside from Trip7 Auto Glass. Thanks again!!!
