I wish I could give this place absolutely zero stars for it's uninviting customer service. I walked in and asked if I can have a smog done and the desk Clerk answered with such an attitude just to tell me they couldn't perform it today and didn't give me an option to book an appointment or gave a reason why they could not perform my smog today. I am a retired VET of 22yrs and the lady that gave me such a disrespectful attitude I pray for you...if you want great customer service, answers or even recommendations I suggest to go TO TEMECULA SMOG.

This smog inspection shop has been in business for years, and they have a devoted following. My aunt has been taking her vehicles here for years and I know why. They are good at what they do. They get you in and out with the minimum of delay. Unfortunately her car did not pass because the car’s computer needed to reset after recent repair work. While I did pay a charge for the failed test, I was told that I would not be recharged to verify the car’s computer had reset. We drove the car around and took it back, but all of the codes had not cleared, and as promised we were not charged. We will be taking it back after driving it around some more. Good shop. Nice staff.

Called ahead to check availability and was able to get two cars in for same-day for smog. Was in and out with both vehicles in about 15 minutes. Comfy little waiting area. The receptionist was quick, friendly, and even had a few good laughs while we waited. Definitely would recommend and prices are reasonable.

I called and scheduled an appointment for a Saturday morning. The woman whom I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I arrived early and they were able to get me right in. If you need a smog check. I can't recommend this place more!

I have gone to Tri-Vity Smog 2x and both times the people are very professional and super nice. The wait time in unbelievable. The first time I went, I did not have an appt but they got me in and out in minutes for a smog test. The 2nd time, I did make an appt and again, in and out in minutes. Super clean and like I said before, everyone there is very professional, nice and I most definitely recommend Tri-City over anyone!!

I went today and Maureen was fabulous! I did a walk in and they had my smog done in like 10 minutes! This will be the only place I get my smog done from now on. I will be telling everyone I know to use Tri-City.
