This place operates a store on eBay under username "usa.industries" that I purchase from. The item was listed as "NEW" but when received the box and item itself had visible dirt/grime all over, clearly indicating it was not in fact new. The box for the item did not even match the listing's photo. When I contacted the seller politely, he started off accusing me that I was defrauding him and called me names. All this for a $50 item and I have been a member of eBay since 2006 with over 400+ 5 star reviews. BE WARNED, STAY AWAY.

I've been buying from Transtar for more than 25 years. The staff is highly experienced and knowledgeable. This location carries the largest selection of transmission parts in San Jose. I highly recommend this location!

They are very well organized they had the part that I was looking for price was a little different than what was quoted on the phone but I think that's wasn't a big issue was in fact the part I wanted it was an OEM part the warehouse is very well organized the staff clearly knows what they're doing.
