Juan was very knowledgeable, kept me updated via texts during the process and got it finished almost a week early. The car looked great, they washed and vacuumed it and it looks like nothing ever happened. I appreciate them turning an irritating inconvenience into a very smooth and easy to deal with process. David Kim’s customer service was definitely of the top tier! He answered all my questions and concerns which I wasn’t expecting as Ive had bad experience at other repair spots but David really took the time to make sure I was taken care of. Had some major dents on the exterior of my car that required body work and painting. Manny and the entire team were great. My car never looked better. They kept me informed on the status of my car via a text message app which was very convenient and my car was ready 2 days before the promised date. I highly recommend Caliber Collison.
