Took my 2019 Toyota Highlander in that was having some major transmission issues. Though it probably needed a full rebuild or replacement, that wasn't in my budget. After describing the issues to Ted and the fact I couldn't afford a full rebuild, he said we could probably do a torque converter remanufacture and clutch kit to resolve the issues. Codes also showed their was an issue with the transmission solenoid, but he said that was often a false code that could be caused by a dirty transmission filter. After having the torque converter remanufacured, installing a clutch kit and replacing the transmission filter, the old beast is rolling along just fine. Didn't have to deal with the solenoids. I feel this shop dealt with me honestly. All I look for in a mechanic is honesty and I feel that is what I got from Ted and Transmissions for Less. I would recommend them if you need transmission repairs.

Took my old truck in for some custom rear end work. Cam is very knowledgeable and helped me with this job. It was a relatively straightforward process (swapping out rear end) but turned out to be a bit tricky because of the limited amount of information they had on a used part I replaced it with. Nevertheless Cam and his crew were able to handle it. These guys know their job, are good at it and took very good care of me and my truck. Very happy customer and highly recommended. My go to place if I ever need help or advice again. Thank you!

Our transmission went out in our rv on a family trip coming home from pismo beach. I fell so blessed to have found transmissions for less who was able to rebuild our transmission better than when we left for our trip. Would highly recommend!
