1v1 MOTORSPORTS

I had this company do work on my car, after the interactions with the owner, I started to second guess their work. Any time I try to speak respectfully to Kyle his wife would come out an start telling me about other people’s cars, They would start being aggressive because of the shady work they have done on my car. He didn’t use the correct fitting on the fuel pump an leaked fuel fumes for 4 days in my garage an tried telling me it was residual. Then breaks a connector to the fuel pump and uses a zip tie. Doesn’t tell me till I start driving away. Then says I have to pay for the connector he broke. I went to go an speak to others companies to see if what he did was wrong. All the things he did was incorrect and wanted me to pay for his mistakes. After I call him and explain I want him to pay for the part and have another shop install it he gets more aggressive with me, over talking me and cutting me off while I’m speaking to him over the phone. No respect for others. I do not trust this company. Only reason I gave them a star is cause I had to.

As a customer of 1v1 I have taken many vehicles with various different problems to Kyle and he has always been more then helpful with any and all of my needs making sure the vehicle always comes back in 100% working order

Fantastic job done on my Volkswagen! I had an issue that was covered by extended warranty and Kyle and Amber took the time and effort to get the job done right. After some very disappointing experiences with other shops in the Santa Maria area (that pushed unnecessary work, or charged an hours labor to repeat back to me what I had told them) I was so glad to find Kyle & Amber. They are very knowledgeable, contentious, and fair. They did in one day what other shops needed two or three days (unfortunately I am not a man of wealth and leisure --- I need a car so I can get to and from work). They did a fantastic job at a fair price. I’m very pleased.

Kyle and Amber are both great, that are very extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and do everything from oil changes to performance work primarily on VW and Audi. The nearest Audi dealership on the central coast is in Santa Barbara so they have done all the maintenance on my Audi A4. I highly recommend their shop for anyone with an Audi or Volkswagen.

Locally owned small business auto repair shop that's very fair, honest & affordable! The owners are also super friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!
