This company is by far the best company i have ever taken my car to, they are a family oriented company an care about there people an want to make sure everything is safe for you an has gone beyond my expectations. Everything is up front an they been experienced for years. Very cool an humble people. The owner an his team are the best at what they do an Very Respectful an helped me every thing i needed an then some. Fair price an has every thing i need in one place. THANK YOU German Auto. I am not taking my audi to any other place! Blessed to have my car Serviced there!

Avoid this shop at all costs. I have never left a business a bad review but I think it’s so important to warn anyone smarter than me that checks reviews before taking their car into this shop. Their business practices are deceptive, their service is unreliable, and their lack of accountability is unacceptable. I was repeatedly lied to about the progress on my car—what was supposed to take two weeks turned into two months. Every week came with a new excuse: wrong parts ordered, incomplete parts lists, painting errors, and when there was no other acceptable excuse I was told it was lack of manpower. By then I was so frustrated I decided to pay the bill I knew I shouldn’t just to get my car back, it still wasn’t fully repaired—there was visible damage to the bumper, missing parts, and a disconnected radar behind the front grill. To make matters worse, they returned my car with the gas tank so empty it ran out of fuel, and I had to have it towed. The service manager was rude and dismissive throughout the entire process. Having to take my car to another shop was a hassle but I couldn’t risk another week of incompetence. That other shop was able to complete the work in one day and they were the ones who found parts missing from my car and damages that how would I have even known!? Before leaving this review, I wanted to give the owner the opportunity to remedy my situation, so I contacted him by email with all of my concerns. Unfortunately, he never responded or made any attempt to address the issues. Save yourself the headache—find another shop.

HONEST and GOOD mechanic. They have gone out of their way several times to help me out and or point me in the right direction several times with any issues on my mercedes. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a foreign or German automobile that needs repair or maintenance.

Very knowledgeable, honest and fair. Really great communication. Highly recommended for Mini. My mini started making a terrible sound on the freeway in Santa Maria about 30 miles from my usual repair shop. I had my car towed to German Auto and they were so great. They accurately diagnosed the problem and took care of it. I am so thankful to all of the folks there that helped me out.

Really thought I had found a shop I could trust. Took my vehicle in for an oil change and was told I needed to replace my radiator because they could see a leak and my coolant was very low. I hadn't noticed any indicator light cone on regarding the coolant and the temp was always normal so I was of course caught off guard. Before I spent a a few thousand dollars on a new one I had a radiator pressure test ran elsewhere to check for the leak that they said they could clearly see. After a 20min test they could not locate a leak. I have also been monitoring the coolant level and it's where it was over a month ago when they topped it off. Who knows if it was them trying to meet quota or thought I was an easy target as a female, but proceed with caution. They seem like they do quality work, just may be over diagnosing
