If this was me - I probably would not get another hitch installed here just because there were a couple of things I'd prefer it went differently. 1. I had an appointment set up for Friday and they moved it to Saturday and did NOT notify me. Showed up on Friday only to turn back around and go home. Go back on Saturday everything seemed to go well however they almost let me walk out without the actual ball! I had to go back in and confirm that I purchased the ball mount itself along with the hitch installation. Now it's right at 2 months later and I find out my exhaust has been bouncing around for the past 2 months because they didn't put the strap back on when they installed the hitch. I haven't actually used my hitch yet... Hoping it was installed correctly. Pretty disappointed cause I was recommended to come here.

The manager and the worker that he had working on my vehicle were both incompetent and slow. After two hours of waiting, they gave my keys back and said "it didn't work out for us, we are sorry". I really needed this done. Do not go to the Wade Hampton location. I bought the hitch and harness kit to take to my (next day) appointment at another location but they didn't have an installer for me. However, the man on duty called another location and they were able to help. I drove to Spartanburg (1500 International Dr) and a manager named Coby (or something similar) not only helped, he was able to find the hardware the Wade Hampton location forgot to give me to install it, he finished the hitch in one hour! I was impressed. He did have some trouble with the harness though but that was ok. He was great! He took care of me. I will always recommend his location and him.

I knew I was in good hands when I met the Staff. I know one of them and he did an excellent job of adding the hitch and wiring to a 4-pole flat plug.
